    Brushing alone is not adequate to rid of all dirt and germs from your teeth. Flossing takes care of the food particles and germs lodged between teeth spaces. You should do it at least once in a day. You will get rid of any hidden dirt leaving your teeth clean, fresh and with no danger of infection.
