They came up with an idea for creating their beer recipe by adding different flavors into the mix.
When they got back to the brewery, they started brewing a test batch of beer and named it Utopias. The recipe was unique because it contained two malt types, four hops varieties, and three different yeast strains. After brewing the beer, it was aged in oak barrels for up to 18 months before it was bottled.
